Instructions
-
Slice or dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
-
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream (or yogurt), minced garlic, and hot sauce if using. Mix until smooth and creamy.
-
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Let cool slightly, then roughly chop the cooked chicken.
-
Place a tortilla flat on a work surface.
-
Spread about 2 tbsp of the mayo-garlic mixture down the center of the tortilla.
-
Layer with cooked chicken (about 1/4 of the total), then sprinkle with shredded cheese (about 1/3 cup) and sliced green onions.
-
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from one end to create a burrito-style wrap.
-
Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and pan-fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and the cheese melts.
-
Serve immediately while the cheese is warm and melted.

- Can be assembled ahead and refrigerated, then cooked fresh before serving for best texture.
- For a lighter version, use air fryer at 375°F for 6-8 minutes instead of pan-frying.
